Fascinating! - as we in Wirral always thought this to be 3-3-27 as
reported in Chester Guild Annual Reports since 1980 - the earliest I
have to hand, where the note was recorded as D flat. However, this was
changed to D in the 1985 report. 

Dove, in both 6th (1982) and current editions has 3-3-27 in D.

So we will have to change Woodchurch tenor weight on the Branch Website
and forthcoming Guild Report and Dove's Guide.

I have checked the weight of the tenor in the tuning book and it is 
indeed 4-0-3, note "D"
