at St Gomonda's Parish Church, Roche, Cornwall since moving here last =

I have come up with the following -</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=3DArial size=3D2>1. The inventory compile=
d during=20
the reign of Edward VI, say around 1550, shows that Roche had "iiij bellys"=

This information is recorded in the Church Bells of Cornwall by Dunkin whic=
h was=20
published in the 1880's. To date, I have found nothing further about these=
=20
bells. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=3DArial size=3D2>2. In 1819, a new ring o=
f six=20
bells, tenor 7/1/22, were cast by John Rudhall of Gloucester. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=3DArial size=3D2>3. In 1910/1911, the rin=
g was=20
remodelled. Two tenors were added and bells 1, 4 and 5 were recast. The bel=
ls=20
were hung in a new metal frame with all new fittings, the work being carrie=
d out=20
by Mears & Stainbank. The present tenor is 12/0/13 in F sharp.=20
