- York university has finally got round to installing some Windows 200=

computers (although most are still Windows 95 with a useless outdated versi=
on of=20
netscape). I had noticed that it's sending in HTML, but I don't know w=
hy -=20
I'm using outlook and the tools/options/mail format tab is set to 'plain te=
xt' -=20
