John Llewellin and on their bells they used the plural form. John Llew=

Jr in 1879 under the pseudonym X-Y-Z published a book "Bells and Bellfoundi=
ng"=20
with some very unusual claims and assumptions. He had clearly learned=
much=20
by the time he came to cast E Teignmouth.</FONT></DIV>

three rings of eight cast by Llewellins & James. The oldest of th=

East Ardsley, are a fine ring, and were well restored by John Taylor=20

Ramsbottom, Greater Manchester which lasted only 19 years and another =
at=20
Newhey, also in Greater Manchester which lasted till about 1970 and were so=
ld in=20
favour of a 4-cwt eight said to be more suitable for the tower. There=

also a fine 25-cwt chime of eight - now I understand much increased in numb=
er -=20
at St Peter's RC church, Roath, Cardiff.</FONT></DIV>
