Anything to do with Major Hesse of Wrington, Somerset (among other places Ithink) - he was instrumental in the augmentation at Wrington and bell related work at other places (Sherborne Abbey & Rowberrow spring to mind). He also developed a clapper design for very small model bells which clappered on the correct side - two exist in the ringing chambers at Wrington and South Petherton.<BR>
