& 5 of six) which have the iron stocks, logically numbered 3 and 4=

Still doesn't explain why these two bells have iron stocks but not the othe=

(apart from the more recent treble). The timber stocks on the other three h=
ave=20
plate gudgeons, and from what the photos show I concur with Chris Dalton th=
at=20
the whole job is probably coeval and most probably by Doble (although I wou=
ldn't=20
