The flange head could be mistaken for Naylor, Vickers = although the webs are of slightly different design. Maybe they did the roun= ds before casting it. A thoroughly worthwhile achievement. Quite likely Hicks Hargreaves after=20 careful examination of someone elses's work. The flange head could be mista= ken=20 for Naylor, Vickers although the webs are of slightly different design. May= be=20 they did the rounds before casting it.
 
A thoroughly worthwhile achievement.
