There is a vast difference between people who are 'interested in=20
bells' and those who are willing and able to contribute to a list=20
such as this. The fact that the majority of those who subscribe to=20
other bell ringing related lists do not subscribe to this one does=20
not necessarily imply a lack of interest in bell history, merely a=20
lack interest in contributing to the subject.

ompulsion to contribute. Indeed, the regular contributors are a minority of=
the total number of members. There are quite a lot of members who rarely o=
r never send emails to the list, but are presumably interested in reading w=
hat others have written]
