Regrettably, I think that including data on pre-existing bells would make any such database unweildy and over-complex. Many people are doing excellent work on county surveys, which is where such more in-depth information can be included. In doing the county "lists" that I have posted on this site, I have tried to include details of pre-existing rings. Digging out this information has been one of the most interesting aspects to the compilation of the lists; it's been utterly fascinating going through Taylors' records finding out exact what preceeded some of their modern masterpieces!
