Surely a National Bell Register would include ALL bells not just those hung=
for full circle ringing. Many important bells are in towers or tuirrets=
with just one or two bnells. Very few bellringers are interested in the=
se bells. There are many impportanty bells in secular buildings inluding=
schools. Al of these should be included.
