I believe that the 1913 Taylor octave at Pontypridd have inscriptions in Welsh, but whether any of them have inscriptions entirely in Welsh I couldn't say.

We are augmenting our ring of 6 at Mold to 8 bells and the treble’s inscription is entirely in Welsh. There is no other recorded bell in Flintshire with only Welsh on it, but I was wondering anyone knows of any in the rest of N Wales or the rest of Wales as a whole.
