<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">1 & 3 were scrapped and 2 & 4 fitted with trigger type clappers and hung stationary. The bells were scrapped because the church had very little money but needed to stop the bells falling out of the tower. We paid £390 for the two bells and used them in various casts later in 1971.</FONT></P>
