Just to be totally clear. St Barnabas is the parish church is is most

certainly not the RC abbey. Two different places. The abbey has not had
<br>
a fire. St Barnabas is the C of E parish church - website suggests
<br>
bells have been left untouched by the fire - handbells off to Taylors
<br>
for assessment.<br><br>
