<DIV>And that isn't likely to change, is it? It doesn't take too much analysis to work out that the main customer of bell founders / hangers is the Church of England. It doesn't take much more analysis to see that the CofE is in decline.</DIV>

<DIV>It's quite simply the case that there was not enough work available to keep all the current bell founders / hangers occupied and regrettable as it is this was bound, sooner or later, to lead to somebody getting into difficulties.</DIV>
