Eayre & Smith, and now John Taylor & Co want to do is get the job
completed to the customers satisfaction.</FONT></DIV>

best placed to give advice.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>I have found it rather sad that this has gone on
for so long. Especially as it is in their esteemed competitors

not so much riddles as committees that are the problem. Getting a consensus
from them as to what they actually want to do is “difficult” – it could have
been sorted out literally years ago with a bit of clarity of thought – indeed
it is more likely that the problem would never have occurred had they taken
the advice given rather than referring it on for discussion.
