<DIV>Whilst perusing some old Ringing Worlds just acquired I came across this
article by J.B.P. J.B.P. was in the Gold Coast ( Ghana ) and in the town
of Kumasi. The 3 bells at the Catholic Church with wheels were regularily rung
half way up.</DIV>
