one, I'd say that it's generally a good idea to have a regular maintenance
contract (the same goes for bells too - but the Church gets its maintenance on
the cheap as so many of us are prepared to do it).</FONT></DIV>

pooled experience - a firm (or individual) that will do a thorough job, do
everything properly and check the moving parts that are out of ordinary reach
(out of sight and out of mind) at a reasonable charge. There are firms who do
little more than just turn up, sign the card and take the money!</FONT></DIV>
