Hi all, </p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm; font-size: 11pt; font-family: "Calibri", sans-serif;">
During the course of my ringing research I have started to delving into the history of the destroyed mears octave at Whitechapel which where apparently very heavy going, however there seems to be very little information about ringing here and I get the impression
that that the tower was labelled as structurally unsound in about 1937. It would be interesting if someone could tell me what ringing here was like and if there was ever a local band here during this time.
