I received a message from the firm, via the contact form on my website, that was working on the castle about a bell they had in the gatehouse and passed it on to Chris Pickford and also this list. Chris, with other experts, such as George Dawson, recognised
the importance of this bell and, as a result of their work, the bell was conserved by Taylors of Loughborough in 2021.</div>
