Well this one appears to be quite easy - isn't it Double Grandsire with a
Plain Bob plain lead as the call?

The triangular faces are a plain course:

   2345
   2453
   2534

Each plain is one edge of the triangle. Each edge shares a triangular face
(the plain course) and an eight-sided face (where it takes part in the touch
described below).

The eight-sided faces are made up of a plain and a bob, repeated three
times:

   2345
   2453
   5423
   5234
   3254
   3542
   4532
   4325

Two bobs (PB plain leads) reverse each other, hence make up the edges which
share two eight-sided faces. Job done!

Picture please Hugh?
