I think St Ann, Rainhill, (Merseyside) might be 2 on 2 on 2 - they're less
than 2cwt but the tower is tiny. I'll try to remember to ask about them
this afternoon. They're certainly on more than one level, anyway.

Nearby St Bartholomew, Rainhill, is a less-than-3cwt six but the tower is a
bit larger so I think they're all on one level.
