I stand corrected - and it looks like there is room for the 2# on top as
well!

I think the 2# was put on top. It was cast from some of the metal of the
ring of eight irreparably damaged by fire at Christ Church West Bromwich.
These had of course earlier been reduced to 8 from 12.
