John Ketteringham has asked for pictures of George Cross and William Barber.

George Cross is pictured in a group of eight for ringing in in the youngest
peal of major - for further details see History and Art of Change Ringing by
Ernest Morris - page 495 with picture opposite.

William Barber is one of several pictures I have in my possession which came
in a scrap book from Ted Collins of Croydon and Ringwood. I assume the
pictures are taken from the Ringing World. The picture describes our subject
as "The late William Barber" and he seems somewhat elderly. I could
photocopy this and send it on if required - it would not be suitable for
publication elsewhere.
