I've today seen a rather bizarre frame, at St George, Colegate, 
Norwich. It's a cast iron lowside, by Whitechapel 1950, but owing to 
the restricted space in the small tower all six pits have fabricated 
steel gallows-ends, on both ends of the pit. I wonder why they didn't 
install an H frame instead.

Anyway, must dash. I'm in Norwich library and have to get to St Giles!
