The Ringing World of March 12th 1954 (p.174) gives a list of places where=
Frederick Brunning worked when he was employed by the Days. Shardlow and B=
railsford in Derbyshire are on the list. The bells were rehung then. The fr=
ame is the work of Francis Butcher of Duckmanton (see Church Bells of Derby=
shire Part 3, p.295).
