[Bell Historians] Mancroft

Thow's book supplied a set of weights supposed to be the bells on their arrival at Taylors "for simpson (!) tuning". Jim Hedgcock has also supplied me with a set of "pre-tuning" figures. Admittedly, I haven't seen the evidence first hand...

to be some uncertainty over this - looking at the before and after 
weights seems to suggest that some (particularly the tenor) were, but 
some were not (not enough off to acocunt for canons and tuning). Anyone
