Converting frequencies to notes

I have recently put together a very simple Excel spreadsheet which
converts frequencies to notes. From the input frequency in Hz it
calculates:
* the octave (e.g. A=440 is in octave 1)
* the note name
* the error in cents from equal temperament.

In the hope that it is of general use, I have put it in the files
area under the name freqnote.xls

Please report any errors, anomalies etc.
