Manchester Town Hall

Now come on, you guys. David Bryant's page on rings and chimes, and 
the MUG website, both give the Town Hall as 1936. Michael Wilby's 
site (and presumably Thow, though I haven't checked) gives them as 
1937. Which is it to be? Had I known the experts were falling out 
like this, I would have looked at the inscriptions when I recorded 
them last night.
