canon retaining headstocks

Last week I was talking to one of Taylor's bellhangers, who came to do the
annual inspection of our bells, and I discovered from him that the largest
cast iron canon retaining ringing headstock ever made by Taylor's was
supplied for a millenium project. Would anyone like to hazard a guess as to
the size of the bell and where it is? No more clues - it isn't too
difficult!
