Everything has gone very quiet! Just in case the reason for this is 
you are trying to work out the answer, it is South Shields. 
Blackhill bells were transferred into the tower as a Millennium 
project but they seem to have been hung in a way that hits a resonant 
frequency and the tower is being pulled away from the church. The 
likely result is another rehang lower in the tower a some point in 
the future. In the meantime the bells cannot be rung. 

They lasted perhaps 18 months, a bit longer than Thorpe St Andrew or 
some of Samuel Goslin's work, but not that much!
