Wonderful! Are there any Snailums (or possibly Snaila) extant?

John Camp

The Bath and West Wilts phone directory lists 3 Snailums, two in Bath and
one in Westwood. The last, Sue Snailum, has written an excellent history of
Westwood.

The 12 bells now at St James Trowbridge, were the inspiration of S.J. (Sam)
Hector. The tenor was sponsored by Ushers brewery, and the treble by the
Salvation Army,which has the inscription
Glory Be To God on High
The Salvation Army Bell
Cast 1934
