Newport Civic Centre, Gwent

Has anyone got details of the bell(s) in Newport Civic Centre?
It was remarked the other day that Southampton Civic Centre is
modelled on the Newport one (or is it the other way round?).
Southampton has a chime (9, 67cwt going by the Chimes list),
but I can't find anything for Newport.
