I don't think it's Wakefield. Last time I was there (about four or five
months ago), the ringing master (Adrian Moreton) said that they might be
augmented to 14 at some point, as there is room to add one more treble, but
there were no definite plans. I don't think you'd get 16 on one level, and
its a lowside frame.
