I'd be very interested to see the photo, if you can find it. Taylor's cast a number of smaller bells (usually trebles of 10 or 12) with button or flange tops in this era, but I've never heard of a bell this large having one. Did the two smaller bells also have them, does anyone know? Did anyone inspect them while they were in situ?
