Always check before following uninvited instructions to delete files 
from your computer! 

However, there is a virus going round at the moment. I have had 3 
emails in the last few days with an attachment. It appears to be a 
reply to a message you have previously sent to a person. It has not 
been delete is stored in the receiver's inbox/deleted items. Opening 
the attachment activates a worm virus. So be careful! Update your 
virus protection and be very wary of unexpected attachments.
