TH tuning - enough!

Wise words, and I have spent enough time for today on true-harmonic 
tuning! However, I do think it is useful to investigate and analyse 
peals about which tuning assertions are made. Often, they are not as 
represented, and the discrepancies are interesting not only from a 
historical perspective, but also to increase our knowledge of bells 
as musical instruments.
