Some weeks ago, there was a bit of discussion about the Russian bell at Windsor Castle Have just found a reference to an article in The Times of 21 Dec 1868 p.12 col.c about the "Sebastopol Bell at Windsor Castle"

Microfilm copies of the Times are available in quite a few public libraries - anyone got time to explore and report back?
