RE Clapper Springs

Lydd, kent. Also G &J 1926. 15cwt in F#, Clapper spring also on the tenor. 
On the plus side the spring gives the bell fantastic resonance. On the 
downside the spring makes easier to put up the bell up wrong and make it 
difficult to strike the bell all the way down.
