> I believe that the seventh and tenor at Chewton Mendip, also 1913, were
likewise hung on ball-bearings.
My understanding was that it was only the tenor. Chris Pickford did send me
a list of the early Taylor ball bearing jobs of this period, but I can't
find it.
Another is the large bell (64 cwt) in Rugby School Chapel. This had ball
bearings when first installed in 1914 - they can be seen on the Taylor
postcard of it.
