Cornwall County List

Just to let everyone know that I have posted another county list - 
this time Cornwall.

Once again I am indebted to Chris Pickford who has supplied the vast 
bulk of the information, and also to Andrew Higson for allowing me 
access to Taylors' records to fill in the gaps, and to George Dawson 
for a couple of last-minute queries. Nearly all the errors and 
omissions from Cannon have been corrected, but I would as always 
welcome any further information.
