I always thought that this was in 1927 when the four trebles were cast for
Lincoln Cathedral

Does anybody know when Taylor's started using the 'South Soemrcotes
Lettering', found on the medieval bells at South Somercotes in Lincolshire?
Have they got a complete alphabet, and if so how ? Not every letter appears
at South Somercotes.
