Very close Ernie - the bells were cast in 1911 so the frame must have
been in place by then I suppose.

I've just uploaded some photos into the photos section of this Yahoo 
Group. 

These are of the steel frame at St Nicholas, Wallasey, Merseyside. 
This is a Warners frame, built, I think, in 1912. 

I will check this date next time I go over there.
