Medieval bell foundries

One good dated list of UK bell-foundries is in Dave Struckett's 'A
Dicionary of Campanology'. I don't know if it's complete or accurate,
it's certainly very extensive, it runs to 29 pages, indexed first by
name and then by place.

The 'Bells of ...' books, especially, Sharpe, Elphick and others,
give good lists but of course with a geographical bias. Stahlschmidt
is fascinating on medieval London founders, if now a little outdated.
