The ring of 8 formerly at the Emmanuel, Everton were cast towards the end of 1945 by Whitechapel. G & J cast the new ring of 8 for Salford Priors slightly earlier in 1945, although they did not complete tuning the bells until December. If my memory serves me correctly, they were dedicated in February 1946. Nigel Taylor
