Taylors first post war RING of bells was the Southampton St Mary ring, the
first bells of which were cast on 8th June 1945. However the first set they
produced were the light chime of 6 for New Bolingbroke, Lincs, the first
bells of which were cast on 6th April. Other early jobs were Dronfield 2
trebles (also 6 April), and Heydour trebles (30 April & later).
At the other end, Doncaster were cast in October 1939, Swanage 1-3 & 7 of 8
before April 1940, Liverpool Cathedral bourdon April 1940 as were the three
at Danby Wiske, & finally Kegworth trebles in May 1940.
