The old eight from St John's Deritend were by Robert Wells I of Aldbourne, =
1776. His only complete ring of eight. They were rehung at Deritend in 1872=
by Blews. Did the peal boards go to Latimer's and thence to Perry Barr? Ap=
parently, they were described in 'Church Bells' 23/5/1874.
