On this page, it says, regarding bells, "Church Bells: Site inspections,
minor repairs or servicing, full restorations. Associated work undertaken."

According to their website, they are based in Uppingham, Rutland. Does
anybody know who they are and whether they actually have any experience with
bells?

Yes I think they were involved with the Corsham Almshouse bell, though I
can't lay my hand on any details of anything at the moment, as I am in the
middle a drastic sort-out prior to moving my workroom. AFAICR the work was
actually done by Taylors, who, along with Matthew Higby and maybe others,
had quoted for the work.
