Could I venture to suggest that Burley, Leeds are the lightest eight that
G&J cast for ringing - and if not the lightest are they, in the key of B
flat, the highest pitched?

The reason I ask this is that the serial number of the treble is 4000 whilst
the other bells are from 3970 to 3976. Did they have a couple of goes at
casting a suitable bell or did they take time to produce a new profile? Are
ther any other top B flat ringing bells by G&J?

Andrew
