[Bell Historians] Crown failures

The old 3rd at Holy Trinity, Bradford on Avon, (Roger Purdue II, 1680) was
apparently cracked in the crown, allegedly because of rough handling by
Thomas Blackbourn in 1891. It was recast by Gillett &Johnston in 1924.
