I seem to have become the scribe to the investigation!

Ok. here is the revised list:
-It still has some dates missing if anyone can fill them in?
-Were Ewerby cast as a 10, 8,or 6?
-Are we consistently dealing with casting dates, tuning dates or completion dates?
-Any more queries or can we conclude the list as definitive?
